二，If I purchased a custom dog harness and forgot to upload the dog's name and phone number, how can I resend it?
If you forget to upload the name and phone number, please email the order number and the dog's name and phone number to support@Bonnieharness.com within 12 hours. If it exceeds 12 hours, we will engrave the words "I'm a good dog" and "I love meat" by default.

三，Order Cancelations and Changes
You can cancel your order within 12 hours. After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled. If any questions, please send an email to support@Bonnieharness.com.

If you wish to change your address, please email us within 72 hours with your order number, phone number and new address to support@Bonnieharness.com. Address changes cannot be made after the order has been shipped.

When will my order ship?
For our custom dog harnesses, we take 3-5 business days to process your order; for other non-custom products, the general processing time is 2-3 business days. We don’t ship on non-business days or holidays.

一，Exchanging Your Item

I received my order and it’s the wrong size. How do I exchange it for a different size?
Hold up! Before returning your gear, be sure to check out our Fit & Adjust photos. Our dog harnesses, and dog collar arrive in their tightest-fitting adjustment. If you ordered based on our size chart but the straps still seem a bit snug, there still may be additional adjustments to make. If you haven't adjusted the webbing straps on your product yet, we encourage you to start by reviewing our Fit & Adjust information.

If you do determine that you need a different size or color, You are responsible for the return postage and replacement costs. You'll be able to print your return shipping label and then track your return status all in the same place. Mailing your return is the final step that will trigger your exchange order.

Items must be in new, resalable condition. Bonnieharness will issue a credit for the amount of the returned item(s) within three to five business days of receipt. However, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Price Adjustment Policy
Price adjustments are available only for purchases made on Bonnieharness.com. We do not price-match purchases made through other retailers or platforms. Items must be the same product, color, and size. Price adjustments are available for 14 days from the original purchase date. Price adjustments do not apply to discount codes or coupons. Price adjustments for temporary markdown events (sales) must be requested during the sale period. Price adjustment requests submitted after a sale period has ended will not be approved. Adjustments will be refunded to the payment method used on the original purchase.
